DEPOSIT:
There is a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of £10 DUE AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. The remaining amount will be due on the day of your appointment via CASH ONLY!
EMAILS:
PLEASE ENSURE YOUR EMAIL IS CORRECT WHEN BOOKING!
CHECK YOUR EMAIL AFTER BOOKING!!
An email will be provided with a confirmation of your appointment, contact information and the location of appointment!
LATENESS:
If you know you will be late, PLEASE CONTACT ME WITH YOUR ESTIMATED ARRIVAL TIME.
There is a 15 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD but after 15 minutes a late fee of £5 will be issued.
If there is no communication within 20 minutes, that is considered a no call, no show and will result in a cancellation and a possible "no show fee" of £5+ depending on how many times this has occurred.
RESCHEDULING:
If possible, please reschedule 24 HOURS PRIOR to your appointment. This is in order to avoid a last minute rescheduling fee of £5+ which will be issued if your appointment is rescheduled later than 24hr without a VALID justification.
CANCELLATION:
If possible, please cancel 48 HOURS PRIOR to your appointment. This is in order to avoid a last minute cancellation fee of £5+ which will be issued if your appointment is cancelled later than 48hrs without a VALID justification.
